Develop and implement a regional sales and customer development plan for Saudi Arabia
Expand existing customer relationships and identify and acquire new customers
Analyze the market potential in Saudi Arabia and develop an appropriate market entry or structural concept
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire sales process, including technical consulting and product selection
Present solutions, application benefits, and technological differentiators to customers
Conduct market, competitors, and potential analyses to identify business opportunities
Manage and negotiate commercial contracts, including pricing, terms, conditions and delivery terms, in line with company policies and regional business objectives
Manage after-sales business and conduct basic service activities
Build and maintain strong networks within the market (e.g., customers, EPCs, OEMs, end users, partners) to support strategic goals
Use relevant sales and CRM tools to manage and document the sales process
Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and market insights
Collaborate with internal sales, product management, and international sales organizations
Requirements
Completed technical degree with relevant sales experience
Experience in selling technical or complex products, ideally in the pump industry
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong customer orientation, and negotiation skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Structured, independent working style with high flexibility
Strong communication and intercultural competence
Willingness to travel
Very good command of English; Arabic skills are an advantage
