As a senior sales professional, you will take ownership of growing ABB Metallurgy Products sales in assigned markets, managing sales volumes and margins to achieve ambitious targets, and developing strategic market plans for your designated territories.
Lead and grow sales in North America, managing volume and margin targets.
Develop strategic market plans and build long-term customer relationships.
Drive new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
Manage technical and commercial aspects of offers, collaborating across teams.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and support strategic sales initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree Metallurgical Engineering or Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience or an Associates Degree and 8+ years of experience or HS Diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience is required.
Applicable job experience in B2B sales in Process Industries (steel/aluminum preferred)
Strong technical sales and customer relationship background
Knowledge of steelmaking processes (continuous casting/EAF a plus)
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Proactive mindset and a strong “can-do” attitude
Ability and willingness to travel 50-70% in assigned territory for customer visits and presentations.
