About this role
Role Overview
Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product demonstrations and guidance tailored to customer needs
Schedule in-home consultations for prospective customers generated through showroom traffic and outbound outreach
Conduct outbound calls to assigned leads to generate and confirm appointments
Support local marketing efforts by participating in networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities, as needed
Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product readiness
Accurately document customer interactions, appointments, and activities within the company’s CRM/database system
Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
Proficiency with basic technology, including personal computers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to learn product knowledge and sales processes quickly
Professional appearance and adherence to business casual dress standards
Willingness to be coached and continuously improve performance
