As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you are the first point of contact for potential customers and play a central role in building our sales pipeline.
You identify relevant companies, understand their challenges around climate and nature risks, and qualify opportunities for our Account Executive team.
Initial outreach to companies (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Understand customer needs and hand off qualified opportunities to AEs in a structured way
Maintain and develop the pipeline in the CRM
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and the founders
Contribute to building and improving our sales processes and playbooks
Requirements
Initial experience in B2B sales, business development or a comparable role (SaaS experience is a plus)
Interest in structured sales processes and complex B2B topics
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Independent, reliable and eager-to-learn working style
German (native) and English (business fluent)
