Requirements
3-5 years in a BDR/SDR role within a fast-paced, high-growth company
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota in lead generation and pipeline contribution
Ability to adapt messaging for different buyer personas in enterprise and mid-market segments
Cold Calling & Outbound Sales: Skilled in high-volume cold calling with a consultative sales approach. Comfortable handling objections and driving meaningful conversations.
Sales Engagement & Automation: Proficient in tools like Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo.io for automated sequencing, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Contact Enrichment & Data Research: Experienced in using tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, Clearbit, and SalesIQ to find and verify prospects' contact details.
CRM & Reporting: Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for tracking prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
Languages: Native or fluent English
Industry Experience: Previous experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Tech Sales preferred.
