Support app store optimization to improve visibility, conversion rates, rankings, downloads, and revenue
Create marketing copy, content ideas, ad concepts, landing page copy, outreach messages, and campaign briefs that help acquire users
Create and test promotional content for TikTok, Meta, and other social platforms to drive app installs, engagement, and profitable user growth
Support influencer, affiliate, partnership, and paid marketing campaigns focused on profitable user growth
Use analytics, app store data, ad platform data, customer feedback, and AI tools to understand performance and recommend what to do next
Take on additional growth, marketing, research, creative, analytics, or operational responsibilities that help the apps get more users and become more profitable
Requirements
At least 1 year of marketing, growth, social media, app promotion, content marketing, influencer marketing, paid ads, ASO, or performance marketing experience required
No degree required, but a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred
Very smart and quick to learn
Strong written communication and copywriting ability
Good taste in marketing, messaging, creative, and user psychology
Comfortable testing ideas, reviewing results, and improving based on data
Highly organized and reliable
Strong attention to detail
Able to research markets, competitors, customers, keywords, and channels independently
Comfortable using software tools and learning new systems quickly
Familiar with AI tools, or highly motivated to become excellent at using them
Able to create clear briefs, reports, content drafts, campaign notes, and repeatable processes
Proactive, curious, and willing to take responsibility quickly
Comfortable with fast feedback, fast learning, and high standards
Experience with mobile apps, app store optimization, paid ads, influencer outreach, short-form video, analytics tools, or performance marketing is a strong plus
