Client interface & relationship management: You act as the primary interface between internal departments and clients, build trusted relationships and maintain them through active relationship management.
Needs analysis & satisfaction: You identify the individual needs of clients and their employees to develop tailored solutions.
Service-oriented order management: You guide new and existing clients through all order processes and ensure high quality and service standards.
Communication & product development: You proactively communicate new benefits and updates and actively help shape the benefits portfolio.
Strategic consulting & optimization: You provide clients with strategic advice, develop bespoke benefits programs and identify improvement opportunities in existing systems.
Requirements
Completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Solid knowledge of HR and tax matters, ideally complemented by experience in compensation & benefits
Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills and assertiveness
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong planning and organizational skills
Confident handling of commercial/financial matters
Business-fluent in German and English
Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
