Role Overview
Coordinating communication between internal departments and customers
Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Identifying individual customer needs

Requirements
Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
At least two years of professional experience
Strong service and customer orientation
Empathy, assertiveness and excellent communication skills
Independent, solution-oriented working style
Strong planning and coordination skills
Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken)
