Own and maintain the turbine population scope, including validation and approval of affected units for CIM implementation cases
Drive and monitor progress of CIM cases in the implementation phase, ensuring timely execution and closure
Act as the primary point of contact for Sales Business Units (SBUs) and regional stakeholders during implementation
Coordinate planning, prioritization, and execution of implementation activities, including alignment with Spare Parts and field teams where required
Ensure quality and compliance through review of work instructions, risk assessments, and solution verification prior to deployment
Manage and control financial provisions in collaboration with CIM Finance, and provide input to reporting (e.g., functional reviews, time studies, task lists)
Oversee end-to-end case governance, including customer communication, documentation updates (CIM portal), and formal closure of CIM cases/projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience
Proven experience in coordinating complex projects or implementation activities, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results across cross-functional teams and business units
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, Six Sigma, SCRUM, or stage-gate models) is beneficial
Exposure to international and multicultural environments, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to build effective internal and external relationships
Proficiency in SAP
