Judge Consulting Group is seeking a forward-thinking SEO / GEO Specialist to drive organic visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms. This role combines analytical rigor with creative execution to develop scalable strategies that grow traffic, improve conversions, and strengthen brand authority, while collaborating across various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated organic search strategies across traditional SEO, GEO, and AEO
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility across search engines and AI platforms
- Optimize for featured snippets, zero-click results, and AI-generated answers
- Monitor trends in search behavior, SERP features, and AI-driven discovery
- Own and manage the SEO content roadmap aligned with business goals and user intent
- Conduct keyword research, gap analysis, and topic clustering
- Create and optimize high-quality content for:
- On-site assets (blogs, landing pages, resource centers)
- Off-site placements (backlinks, partnerships, authority-building initiatives)
- Structure content for AI readability, summarization, and extraction
- Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to scale content production and workflows
- Apply prompt engineering to improve output quality and efficiency
- Build frameworks for AI-ready content and knowledge structuring
- Partner with engineering to ensure best practices for site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and performance
- Implement structured data (schema), entity optimization, and semantic SEO strategies
- Conduct technical audits and enhance overall site discoverability
- Define and track KPIs, including rankings, traffic, engagement, conversions, and AI visibility
- Analyze performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Translate data into actionable insights and optimization initiatives
- Partner with content, product, sales, and paid media teams to align messaging and maximize impact
- Support integrated campaigns where SEO, paid, and AI visibility intersect
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or content strategy
- Strong knowledge of: On-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Keyword research, search intent mapping, and content development
- AI-driven search and evolving SERP behavior
- Proven experience building and optimizing high-performing content programs
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect performance to business outcomes
- Excellent written communication and editorial skills
