As part of a close-knit, supportive team of 10 colleagues (including 6 Talent Acquisition Officers), and reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Development Manager, you will take on a range of responsibilities in an international environment:
Recruiting head office and field staff for a defined scope of functions (initially Rehabilitation and Safety), working closely with technical referents and maintaining and developing your candidate pipeline;
Managing mobility for head office staff and expatriates;
Supporting employer branding and HR communications;
Participating in various HR projects.
Requirements
You have recruitment experience and want to join a purpose-driven environment that combines operational urgency with strategic initiatives.
You are proactive, adaptable, and have strong communication skills in both French and English.
You are comfortable using collaborative tools.
Experience in the humanitarian sector would be an advantage.
