Design and run A/B experiments in partnership with the product team, defining hypotheses, primary metrics, MDE and performing statistical analysis of the results.
Act as an analytical partner to Product Managers, contributing to roadmap development and prioritization of initiatives based on impact.
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at different levels, from the squad to leadership, adapting language and depth to the audience.
Ensure data quality, reliability and governance, guaranteeing consistency in analyses that support decision-making.
Requirements
Solid experience in data analysis, acting as a strategic partner to product or business areas;
Proficiency in SQL for manipulation, extraction and analysis of large volumes of data;
Advanced Excel skills (analysis, modeling and data organization);
Experience building exploratory analyses and generating insights, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations;
Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), including definition of hypotheses, metrics, MDE and statistical interpretation of results;
Familiarity with product and funnel metrics (e.g., conversion, engagement, retention, churn);
Advanced analytical capability, with critical thinking and orientation to solving complex problems;
Clear and structured communication skills, with experience delivering executive-level presentations to different stakeholder levels;
Product vision, working closely with Product Managers on data-driven roadmap prioritization;
Ability to operate in dynamic environments, with autonomy and management of multiple concurrent demands;
Bachelor's degree completed.
