Requirements
Previous Store Management experience in a modern Luxury retail environment
Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and build respectful working relationships
Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets managing complex store operations
Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients
Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage.
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and results driven
Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skills
Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language will be considered a strong plus.
