Role Overview
- Manages prioritization of issues, enhancements, new features
- Monitors and reports on product value realization
- Partners with Industry teams to position and promote developed capabilities
- Coordinates with Engineering to develop and deploy new features and releases
- Works with operations to monitor and analyze product quality performance
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of decision-making processes and associated tools
- Extensive understanding of effective communication concepts
- Expert knowledge of software change request management
- Expert knowledge of software product business aspects and operation
- Expert knowledge of software product management
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years as a Product Manager or related role using Agile methodology
- Experience managing people and building trust
- Proven experience leading a technical team while managing multiple projects
- Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as JIRA, DevOps/VSTS, etc.
- Working knowledge of software problem management
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
