Preparing reports that support informed decision-making
Working closely with the PMO team and internal business teams to coordinate project activities
Monitoring progress across initiatives and supporting governance, reporting, and implementation readiness
Interacting with external partners such as vendors, HEABC Members, the Ministry of Health, and Health Authorities
Providing consultation and guidance to ensure consistency and quality of inputs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, information systems, or a related field
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience supporting projects or program delivery in a multi-partner environment, preferably in a public-sector or healthcare context
Experience with project management and project coordination, reporting, or portfolio tracking
Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience using project management or collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, SharePoint, or similar)
PMP, CAPM, Agile, or related project management training considered an asset
