Collaborate with NY office and Water Practice leaders to develop and execute the 'NYC Resilience and Stormwater Growth Plan'
Leverage NYC climate leadership and previous government client experience to build strategic relationships and shape funding/governance strategies
Support project delivery to exceed client expectations and protect reputations
Contribute to M&N’s corporate Water Practice strategy by drawing on resiliency networks and assist with strategy, pursuits, proposals, execution, and client management in key coastal markets
Partner with Water Practice leadership, commercial advisory, Ports, and Transportation teams, to pursue infrastructure funds, insurers, and global asset managers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; required
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; preferred
20+ years of experience in coastal engineering, climate and resiliency strategies, including planning and sustainability, and stormwater programs; required
Professional Engineer licensure in New York or the ability to obtain via reciprocity within 6 months of hire; required
Well established client base in the NYC metro area as well as statewide; required
