Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of related project/program management experience
Master's degree plus 7 years of related experience
Prior experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Proven ability to define program scores, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently
Must provide training and lead by example to new team members
