About this role
Role Overview
New customer acquisition: build and own your pipeline and manage the full sales process
Qualify inbound leads (trade shows, website, referrals)
Proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email and social selling
Conduct product demos, negotiate and close deals
Manage existing accounts to identify upsell opportunities and close additional business.
Requirements
Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with exposure to the construction or skilled trades sector
Proven track record in new business development and pipeline building
Hunter mentality: energetic, persistent and self-driven
Structured working style and experience with CRMs (preferably HubSpot)
Fluent German and strong English skills.
