Support the partners with investor updates, quarterly reports, and fundraising processes.
Own the quality of LP materials from creation through delivery.
Improve the fund's internal processes and infrastructure to drive operational excellence.
Plan and execute key events and group activities.

3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (e.g., VC, startups, strategy consulting, or similar) with a strong understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship.
High attention to detail in written work (presentations, LP updates, AGM materials, internal documentation).
Understanding of VC fund operations or the ability to ramp up quickly: fund mechanics, LP reporting cycles, content of quarterly LP meetings, DDQs.
Genuine interest in AI in the context of a fund.
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership.
Ability to connect people across functions, personalities and priorities and to translate big goals into clear actions.
High emotional intelligence and adaptability to different personalities.
