Role Overview
- Design and deliver bespoke analytical projects
- Produce high-quality reports and written outputs
- Develop a strong understanding of The Bike Club’s commercial model
- Take on ownership and day-to-day management of specific projects
- Own the design, production, and continuous improvement of management reporting
- Own the end-to-end preparation of board packs
- Take accurate minutes at board and committee meetings
- Complete bespoke data exercises and analysis for board-level reporting
Requirements
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong written skills
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Comfortable working across functions and levels
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Intellectually curious and commercially aware
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Experience in consulting, investment, finance, or a high-growth business environment is advantageous
