About this role
Role Overview
Identify and acquire corporate clients for our workations, offsites, retreats, events, and membership offerings
Build and maintain client relationships and negotiate contracts
Use, optimize, and manage the CRM system in a data-driven way
Build and develop a sales team, including recruiting and training staff
Identify and acquire B2B corporate customers
Develop and implement sales strategies to unlock new business opportunities
Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and account management
Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions for prospective clients
Track sales targets and achieve revenue goals
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales with a successful track record in acquiring corporate clients and closing contracts
Excellent skills in building and maintaining client relationships and negotiating contracts
Solid knowledge of CRM systems and their effective use for sales management
Experience in building and developing sales teams, including recruiting and training employees
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand client needs and propose solutions
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently plan and execute sales activities
University degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
Fluent in German and English
