Lead generation: Proactively and systematically identifying target retail customers (online & brick-and-mortar) via LinkedIn, trade shows, and business networks
Energetic outreach: Whether in person, in writing, by phone, or via video chat — you persuade with strong arguments and remain hungry for success
Consultative selling: Conducting discovery calls with product demos to develop tailored solution concepts together with the customer
Goal-oriented closing: From preparing proposals and negotiating price and contract terms to closing deals
Relationship management: Building customer contacts. You know how to win people over and recognize the right timing for a sale
Reporting & forecasting: Systematic and structured pipeline management in HubSpot CRM, including potential analysis and regular sales reports
Team collaboration: Close coordination with Marketing, Customer Success, and the Product team to continuously optimize our homie solutions
Requirements
Completed degree, preferably in business, and/or completed commercial training
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in B2B sales; preferably, but not required, in a technology or SaaS company
Demonstrable sales achievements will strengthen your application
