You manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels — but your approach goes beyond “set up and optimize campaigns.”
You think in funnels, run systematic tests, and leverage AI to elevate creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to a level that isn’t achievable manually.
Requirements
At least 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media (agency or in-house)
Strong experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads; experience with additional platforms is a plus
Analytical thinking — you work data-driven and can interpret and communicate results
Proven experience or a strong affinity for using AI tools for creative production, reporting, analysis, or campaign management
You have automated your own workflows or are eager to do so
Independent, structured working style
Very good German skills; good English.
