About this role
Role Overview
Join the team as the first Strategic Account Manager, playing a central role in customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion strategy
Serve as the main point of contact for clients including health centers, hospitals, and private practices
Support clients from onboarding through to long-term success, with a focus on automation and demonstrating ROI
Build strong, trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Maximize the use of AI, identify pain points, and trigger upsell opportunities
Demonstrate Vocca's impact in terms of cost savings, service quality, and improved working conditions
Requirements
1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
Strong ability to communicate with very diverse profiles, especially non-technical stakeholders
Understanding of and appreciation for technical challenges
Ability to organize your work with rigor and a strong sense of prioritization (managing multiple clients in parallel)
Full professional proficiency in French, with good written and spoken English
Experience in healthcare, AI, B2B SaaS, or the medical sector is an advantage
Familiarity with Attio, Notion, Slack, Apollo is a plus
An active network in healthcare (associations, groups, practitioners…) is a plus
