Work closely with our engineering teams to tell the story of what we’re building in a language that other expert engineers understand.
Translate what our engineers build and learn into high-quality narratives: the kind that earns genuine respect in engineering communities, gets accepted at top-tier conferences, and attracts exceptional engineers from around the world.
Requirements
A background in software engineering or computer science. You have written code professionally and understand how engineering teams think and work.
Experience in a fintech, infrastructure, or high-scale engineering environment.
Exceptional writing skills: clarity, precision, and the ability to make complex ideas compelling without oversimplifying them.
The instinct to find stories; you don't wait to be assigned a topic, you spot what's interesting and go after it.
A genuine understanding of what makes technical content credible, shareable, and respected in global engineering communities.
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a fully remote environment.
It's a strong plus if you have:
Experience in developer relations or managing technical communities; you already know how to engage engineers authentically at scale.
Experience writing conference talk abstracts or proposals, with evidence of submissions accepted at recognised events.
Experience writing video scripts or working closely with creative and production teams.
An existing presence in engineering communities (your own blog, open source contributions, speaking experience, or a following in developer spaces).
