You handle primarily written, and also telephone, inquiries from market partners and other teams
You are responsible for monitoring the completeness of metering data
You maintain master data and the contract database in our CRM system, HubSpot
You drive improvements to internal processes related to our ESA framework agreements and also negotiate with metering point operators
You communicate market partner requests and concerns to the specialist teams

You have 3+ years of professional experience in energy billing and/or market communication at an energy supplier or an energy-sector service provider, and ideally some initial experience with ESA (Energy Service Provider)
You are comfortable working with processes that are not yet fully standardized and can retain an overview — as an ESA we cannot rely on the same standardized processes as other market roles
You are familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel and have preferably worked with a CRM system (preferably HubSpot)
You are hands-on and have an independent, structured working style while enjoying teamwork
You communicate reliably and have very good German language skills
