Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting in hyper-growth, high-growth, or highly transformational companies
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Proven track record of independently leading candidate searches
- Expertise in creative sourcing, talent mapping, candidate assessment, and high-touch candidate management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
