Snowflake is a high-growth technology company focused on empowering enterprises. The Senior Compensation Analyst will conduct detailed compensation analysis, lead market benchmarking, and partner with the Recruiting Team to optimize offer processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling to support compensation program design, recommendations and decision making
- Lead market benchmarking efforts to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness, refining job architecture and pay ranges to support business objectives
- Manage the execution of our global planning cycles, with a focus on data integrity, reporting, and process optimization
- Partner with the Recruiting Team to optimize offer processes and provide market intelligence and insights
- Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates to drive informed decision-making
- Participate in special compensation projects as needed
