About this role
Role Overview
Research and analyze data for salary offer and adjustment recommendations
Evaluate job descriptions for classification and job level
Provide advice on salary management and compliance
Interpret compensation policies and monitor pay practices
Complete salary surveys
Support annual merit increase program and special projects
Take lead in special projects involving compensation initiatives, market studies, and training module development
Write reports and support executive compensation efforts
Assist with restructuring and contract negotiations as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of human resources experience, including 1 year of full-time compensation experience, or equivalent
5 years of compensation experience for senior level qualifications, or equivalent
Excellent quantitative and analytic skills
Customer service and negotiation skills
Familiarity with compensation laws and regulations
Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
Desire to learn and develop as a compensation professional
Ability to work efficiently in a flexible, ambiguous environment
Experience with Workday or PayFactors preferred
CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
