About this role
Role Overview
- Independently advise, lead and execute complex projects in the banking and insurance sectors for our clients
- Take ownership of eliciting, analyzing, and designing requirements, including regular coordination with project teams and relevant stakeholders
- Implement legal and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance within projects
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships and foster open, transparent communication with our clients
Requirements
- Experience in traditional and agile IT projects within the banking or insurance industry
- Solid methodological and conceptual knowledge and experience in project management and business analysis
- Independent and structured working style and the ability to communicate empathetically
- Fluent German (at least C1)
