Accountable for the overall performance of the manufacturing site
Manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, delivery, and cost targets
Drive continuous improvement in productivity, yield, scrap, uptime, and cycle time
Own site operating budget and cost performance
Champion quality systems and root cause analysis
Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing practices
Lead within a unionized workforce
Coach and develop supervisors
Support grievance resolution through investigations

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations or other related field
6+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
Strong knowledge of safety systems, production management, and continuous improvement
Proven ability to develop teams, influence across functions, and drive results
Demonstrated experience leading in a unionized manufacturing setting preferred
