Promote AbbVie medications to the medical community by providing scientific information and product benefits within your therapeutic area, meeting visit targets according to defined frequency and sequencing criteria.
Communicate the concept of the medications, keeping physicians in your call group informed and up to date about products in your therapeutic area, discussing pathologies, clinical context and the benefits of the prescribed medications.
Expand your call group by identifying physicians to visit using information provided by the Commercial Excellence Department and selecting target audiences according to predefined criteria.
Plan visits, defining action strategies aligned with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) concepts.
Prepare the annual plan for your territory (Territory Planning) with appropriate assumptions, action plans and investments.
Obtain physicians' opt-in for receiving AbbVie communications.
Use the Veeva platform during product promotions to physicians and ensure completion of all segmentation surveys required by the company.
Participate in congresses and medical events, registering physicians and promoting medications in your segment.
Share market intelligence with the entire in-field team.
Present action plans to reverse or improve results.
Analyze monthly reports provided by the company (DATASUS, MDTR, REP&DM, HUMANIZAR, etc.) and interface with the District Manager regarding achieved KPIs and corresponding action plans.
Identify market expansion opportunities through a deep understanding of the Transactional Journey.
Conduct actions and make decisions under the responsibilities of the role in compliance with the company's Commercial Code of Conduct and Compliance policies.
Report any adverse event reports to Pharmacovigilance within the company's 24-hour timeframe.
Complete 100% of all company online trainings.
Requirements
University degree completed.
Experience in Immunology, especially Gastroenterology.
Experience with high-cost, high-complexity medications.
Commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including demand generation and interaction with physicians/healthcare payers, training, healthcare management and/or implementation of marketing and brand strategies.
Willingness to be based in Recife, covering the following states with approximately 50% travel: Pernambuco, Paraíba and Rio Grande do Norte.
