Residential A/V Project Manager

Role Overview

• Work closely with the Sales Consultant and Project Coordinator to achieve handoff of the project
• Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork as assigned
• Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
• Oversee projects from start to finish
• Conduct inspections at critical phases of projects
• Manage the budget, track expenses, and minimize exposure and risk in the project
• Communicate effectively with the people responsible for completing various phases of the project
• Monitor the progress of the project activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of field experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
• Proficient in all Senior level qualifications
• Clean driving record and background check (required for DCJS certification)
