Identify, build and scale new business areas and sales channels
Work closely with operational teams in the daily business and influence key OKR projects
Identify key growth opportunities in the care sector and develop go-to-market and expansion strategies
Build the partner network with care providers across Germany
Win and develop strategic partnerships in the care sector
Lead central business development projects from concept through to operational implementation
Prepare market entry into new geographic regions and take responsibility for successful launches
Structure complex projects and continuously develop processes

Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
3+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, VC-backed startups or scale-ups
Proven track record of successful business development initiatives — particularly in building partnerships or new sales channels
Strong communication skills with the ability to convincingly engage and win over diverse stakeholders
Ability to quickly structure complex problems and derive clear hypotheses
Data-driven working style with experience defining relevant KPIs to steer and optimize
Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level) — spoken and written
Experience in the healthcare or care sector is a plus
