Role Overview
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead product squads focused on user acquisition and pricing capabilities
- Manage and develop a team of Product Managers and an SEO Manager
- Work closely with Marketing and Growth
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams
- Help balance customer experience with commercial outcomes
- Communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders
- Coach and support team in product discovery and execution
Requirements
- 8+ years of product experience
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong technical fluency
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Structured, outcome-oriented approach to product strategy
- Passion for sustainability, marketplaces, AI, growth, and intelligent systems
