You will work directly in our six-person Customer Success team on current customer and AI projects, gaining valuable insights into the varied day-to-day operations of our startup.
You will support the Customer Success Managers in preparing onboarding for new customers, e.g., by setting up customer accounts in our software.
You will assist our customers by email with problems or questions.
You will actively contribute to the development and programming of internal AI processes and have the freedom to test all relevant tools and your own ideas – learning hands-on and benefiting directly from our in-house AI expertise.
You will support the Customer Success team with other project-based tasks and take responsibility for your own subprojects to continuously improve customer communication and collaboration within our Customer Success team.
Requirements
Enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student for at least the next 6–12 months
Quick to grasp, proactive and action-oriented — you get things done rather than just talk about them
German language skills at native level
English language skills at C1/C2 level
Some technical affinity, especially in software and AI
Plus: previous experience from internships or working-student positions
Plus: experience with tools such as Claude, Cursor, n8n, Notion, Slack, Zendesk or HubSpot
