Role Overview
Organize and distribute the team's backlog of requests, creating and prioritizing tasks with clear ownership and deadlines.
Track the progress of activities, identify bottlenecks, and resolve blockers before they become urgent.
Translate requests from leadership (often loosely defined) into clear scope and actionable tasks for the team.
Monitor productivity and quality metrics, proposing continuous process improvements.
Support the financial/backoffice operation during peak periods (e.g., ensuring payments, reconciliations, and issuances are completed on time), addressing minor bottlenecks as needed.
Help design and document processes so the operation can scale in an organized way.
Serve as a management reference for the team, maintaining momentum, alignment, and a results-oriented focus.
Requirements
Proven experience in project, process, and/or people management (has led, coordinated, or organized a team's work).
Organized and analytical profile — enjoys working with data, metrics, and workflows, and improving efficiency.
Proficiency with task/project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar).
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate people with firmness and respect — the team should see you as a point of reference.
Autonomy to solve problems and “put out fires” without losing sight of organization and process.
Mid to senior level: Hands-on operational experience and day-to-day team leadership.
