IT Consultant, Project Manager – ECM/DMS SaaS

Role Overview

• You oversee projects from process analysis through implementation to go-live.
• You deliver trainings, act proactively with your clients, and take real responsibility.
• You analyze existing customer processes.
• You coordinate projects: scheduling and interfaces with partners.
• You deliver Amagno Basic & Advanced trainings remotely.
• You actively manage your clients: approximately 10 per person, including proactive health checks.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in ECM/DMS environments
• Practical knowledge of the typical requirements, workflows, and challenges of these systems
• Empathy and strong customer focus
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Nice to have: experience in delivering trainings or moderating workshops
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Miro, Google Docs, weclapp)
