Manage risks that may impact the company, including credit, financial, liquidity, market, operational, reputational, strategic, and other risks as appropriate.
Partner with Senior to Executive Leaders in their assigned Line of Business.
Oversee the successful creation, implementation, and maintenance of an effective risk management framework.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Identify gaps and drive solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors.
Identify, respond and/or escalate risks as appropriate.
Maximize profit potential and minimize regulatory exposure through effective partnerships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
15 or more years of applicable experience
