Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across multiple platforms.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in employee engagement, internal communication, and HR initiatives.

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment processes is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
