HR Intern

Ambilio Technologies is an AI consulting and enterprise AI products company helping organizations build AI-ready workforces. They are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns who want hands-on exposure to recruitment, people operations, employer branding, and startup HR practices.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across multiple platforms
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in employee engagement, internal communication, and HR initiatives
