Associate Legal Counsel

Role Overview

• Advise internal stakeholders on new laws impacting the healthcare industry
• Identify and analyze newly enacted and amended federal, state, and local laws
• Conduct legal research and interpret law for enterprise applicability
• Analyze and report new legal requirements to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel on compliance matters
• Recommend practical and sound advice for internal clients

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an attorney with a law firm, healthcare company or judicial clerkship
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state and member in good standing of applicable state bar association(s)
