Role Overview
- Support corporate governance across Hydrosat’s group of entities
- Manage entity lifecycle and statutory compliance for group companies
- Participate in planning for employee programs and benefits
- Support fundraising, financing, and corporate transactions
- Build, maintain, and improve Hydrosat’s compliance program
- Develop, roll out, and maintain internal policies and procedures
- Support data protection and privacy compliance
- Monitor regulatory developments relevant to Earth observation
- Review, draft, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements
- Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance
- Manage and coordinate external counsel
- Support the General Counsel on ad hoc legal projects.
Requirements
- A law degree and qualification to practice as a lawyer in a relevant jurisdiction
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience gained in-house and/or in a reputable law firm or similar entity
- Strong contract management, drafting, and editing skills
- Solid working knowledge of corporate law and governance
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
- A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset and high integrity.
