Digital Sales Agent – Exclusive for Persons with Disabilities

Role Overview

• Sell loans and other financial products via WhatsApp and telephone, covering various credit types (payroll loans, personal loans, refinancing, etc.).
• Attract new customers and maintain a strong portfolio, always focusing on sales quality and following the institution's guidelines.
• Proactive outreach with a focus on retention and customer recovery, preventing cancellations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Communication, Business Administration, or related fields (from the second semester onward).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial/sales roles.
• Required experience in customer service and/or commercial positions with direct client contact.
• Experience with Corbans and renegotiation/collections operations.
• Prior experience in financial institutions, credit promotion companies, and/or call centers.
