Prepare the production of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
Participate and/or lead operational efficiencies to scale and automate processes
Interact with many groups within the Fidelity organization
Effectively represent the business to customers and business partners

Bachelor’s degree expected
3+ years of financial services experience with an asset manager, audit firm or custodian bank
Accounting and operational knowledge for alternative asset classes
Experience preparing financial statements and related content for 10-K and 10-Q filings
Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of staff and business partners
Strong computer and application skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
