Evolve an audience-first messaging strategy across the Fidelity consumer portfolio
Orchestrate integrated marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels to support customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and loyalty
Define how offerings are positioned and brought to market across customer segments and lifecycle stages
Guide the development of strategic and creative work, and ensure coordinated execution across all marketing touchpoints
Lead and develop a high-performing team, including a direct report responsible for overseeing the strategy and development of the firm’s loyalty program
Requirements
15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with demonstrated success leading integrated, multi-channel marketing (paid, owned, and earned) in complex organizations
Proven marketing leader with strong experience owning end-to-end marketing strategy, planning, and execution aligned to business goals
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives, performance insights, and customer needs into actionable marketing programs
Experienced people leader who builds, coaches, and develops high-performing teams with clear accountability and growth focus
Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and collaborate effectively across business, product, and segment leadership teams
Deep understanding of customer insights, research, and analytics, with an ability to apply data to inform decisions and optimize performance
Track record of delivering customer-centric experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty, ideally within financial services or similarly complex industries
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across marketing, product, analytics, and senior executive levels
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly structure recommendations, influence decisions, and present to executive audiences
