Execute marketing campaigns focused on customer awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Track and report on CRM campaign performance metrics.
Stay up to date on CRM trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices to continually elevate campaign strategy and execution.
Requirements
Interest in learning about email, CRM and lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with a CRM platform or marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot, preferred but not required.
A passion for sports, with a solid understanding of fantasy and sports betting terminology and user behavior.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations.
An analytical mindset with comfort around using data to evaluate and refine marketing campaigns.
Availability to work nights and weekends as the sports calendar requires.
