Processing sale agreements and closing sales in line with company business plans
Engaging and establishing relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs
Self-generating sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting
Developing comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics
Providing consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing
Participating in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs
Ensuring the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes
Completing required training and participating in community events and phone banks

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred
1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
