Manage and optimise the relationship between Ayvens and HCUK.
Work with the Head of Partnerships and relevant Business/Process Owners to achieve annual targets.
Define and lead all relevant HCUK change and continuous improvement activity.
Ensure all activities align with consumer duty regulations.

Ideally, Senior Account Management or Partner Relationship experience within OEM/vehicle leasing sector.
Track record of defining and leading change and continuous improvement activity to drive operational efficiencies.
Evidence of strong financial and commercial awareness combined with excellent relationship management and effective communication skills.
Evidence of strategic thinking and a strong track record of account development and business development.
