Manage customer project efforts and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle of complex projects lasting approximately 6 months or longer
Interface and manage the customer stakeholder team on all assigned projects and maintain a team schedule
Assist with project structuring and planning during pre-award and throughout full project execution
Identify and mitigate project risks
Manage non-technical aspects of project delivery, including cost, performance, schedule, and quality
Lead project meetings and ensure cross-functional teams understand their responsibilities and overall project objectives
Develop detailed project plans
Prepare project deliverables and write clear, customer-facing documentation
Requirements
Exceptional verbal, written, and active-listening skills
Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate timelines, and elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources
Knowledge of life cycle and project management methodologies
Ability to track costs, schedule, and performance progress
Ability to identify and develop risk response strategies
